Her skills range from the artistic field to managerial preparation with a background in marketing, a specialization in planning, development and implementation of complex projects and events, a passion for events related to entertainment.
Her motto is “Head in the clouds, feet on the ground”, and this duality translates into her life and work: in addition to having a managerial background, Chiara has a very strong artistic side, so much so that her career is divided between performance and planning, sometimes on stage, sometimes managing it.
Chiara mainly deals with complete productions of large events, festivals, event planning and management as a freelance for agencies, artistic project development, social media management and communication planning for events, especially in luxury and entertainment events.

Her strengths are the network of contacts, which allows her to prepare the best selection of staff and cast for the event, the elasticity and flexibility in the preparation of the events, the attitude and training as a project manager, the ability to imagine the most suitable lineup and entertainment for each moment of the event, the ability to manage suppliers that revolve around the musical performance and beyond, the creativity and passion in preparing the event lineup, the need to have a relationship of peaceful and fruitful collaboration with all involved, the ability to manage all the suppliers involved, appreciating the different aspects of creating an event in order to create the best mix between the fluidity of the day and the enjoyment of the show.
